Shipping

All orders are dispatched from England. In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 working days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Delivery times

• UK — 1–3 working days
• Europe — 3–7 working days
• Rest of world — 5–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders above £500 qualify for complimentary tracked shipping within the UK.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@6064.site before sending anything back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Bespoke and commission pieces

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made specifically for you. Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
